Mission Statement

Shootout Cancer, Inc. is a sport oriented non profit organization deeply commited to raising funds to assist those stricken with cancer. We are dedicated to facilitating a custom made plan for the individual and their family while battling this widspread disease. Our goal is to prepare them for the road ahead by providing necessary resources needed to alleviate stress, ultimately resulting in full recovery.

Shootout Cancer, Inc. is a non profit organization that started via combined efforts of a husband, Brian's interest in basketball and a wife, Angelina's diagnosis of a brain tumor. In October of 2005, Angelina underwent brain surgery. Pathology reports confirmed that it was a malignant tumor (grade 3 mixed oligo astrocytoma). This diagnosis led to treatments of radiation and chemotherapy. By God's grace she is able to live life and give back to others. Brian's lifetime interest in sports, especially basketball and their son, Aaron's same interest kept them involved in the sport. In their efforts to give back they successfully raised money for the American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life" by developing and hosting basketball events. Their desire to individually touch lives of those stricken with cancer led to the design and creation of Shootout Cancer Inc.
